![]() My appt time was 30 mins later (while I'm on the phone). Also when I called they said we had to make an appt bc they were super busy. ![]() We probably will not go back to this place because of it. Very poor service in my book to just rush through her nails bc she's a little girl. to a "spa girl day" and she was so sad that this happened. ![]() It's irritating because I took my daughter out to treat her. They didn't smooth her nails down or clean them before putting the Polish so it wasn't a clean textured surface for the polish to adhere to. After inspecting her nails, the Polish literally just slid off her nail with a single wipe of my finger. But as soon as we got home 3 of my daughter's nails were missing nail Polish. The ladies were very nice and they didn't hurt me or my daughter. This was my third visit to the salon, and two of my three visits weren’t that great (the lady working the front desk flooded the back room when she got side-tracked talking to a coworker AND there was a gnat in my mimosa, all during my very first visit there). To top it all of, she yelled at me not to move so loudly during my service that other customers turned around and looked to see what was going on. I tried to tell her it’s be okay to use it on the cuticle, b.ut I guess she felt as though the conversation would go better if she was the only person speaking. The second of which, got mad when I asked her not to use the drill on my natural nail bed. My manicure was interrupted twice by two different customer issues, and was started and finished by two different people. I asked the person working the front desk whether they had Kleenex because I had a runny nose, she smirked and said “no, but we have towels □! I should have taken her up on that offer. You get what you pay for and with their 40% off you get a ok at best pedicure, rude workers, and a whole day wasted. I will not be back and I will not recommend that anyone stays AWAY from this establishment. However we had to come back at 2 so when we questioned why we couldn’t just wait the 45 minutes she didn’t have an answer and finally someone came over (owner I believe) to be rude and even more unhelpful by telling us the policy has changed in the last 30 seconds and we can only come back at 2. When we questioned why she flat out told us they had 2 people scheduled at 11:45 then they would take walk ins that came in at that time. ![]() Then the wait went from 45 minutes (would be around 12:10-12:15) to come back at 2 pm. When we asked for someone else to help so we could better understand no one came instead she walked over and talked with 3 different people at 3 different tones and we never got a straight answer. ![]() The girl at the front desk clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing and no one would help her. the place is basically empty they had 3 people are being helped and all pedicure chairs are empty. This time I walk in and there is a lady walking in with me. hadn’t even been helped and had been there way longer then I had. Finally I left because there were 2-3 women ahead of me that. I waited 20 ish minutes up front then I soaked for a good while. The last time I went in I called ahead that made me an appointment I asked how long it would take etc and gave myself more then enough time because I had a event that evening. I have came here multiple times and always had problems but chalked it up to a one off but clearly that’s not the case. There is a reason this place offers 40% off. ![]()
